Alumni Success: Namit Mangal
MBA Graduate

Le Cordon Bleu Australia MBA (International Hotel and Restaurant Management) Graduate, Namit Mangal, has opened Cilantro Restaurant in Norwood this year.  This is Namit's second Adelaide-based restaurant as he also owns and runs Spice N Ice in Port Adelaide. Namit's innovative take on the Indian food of today is bringing Adelaideans up to date with the international Indian food scene. His passion for the food served in his restaurants, and enthusiasm in running both businesses demonstrations to other Le Cordon Bleu students the possibilities available to graduates.

Congratulations on your achievements Namit, we'll be sure to stop by Cilantro soon.

Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Winter Intake
Orientation Tour

Orientation week introduces new students to life and study at Le Cordon Bleu. This busy week includes presentations from the different departments at Le Cordon Bleu, and meeting staff and fellow students. This week ends with both Bachelors and Masters Students enjoying a day tour exploring the Adelaide Hills region. Students are encouraged to feed native animals at Cleland National Park, and to taste some of the local Adelaide Hills produce from the town of Hahndorf.

A warm welcome to all new Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor and Masters Students, congratulations on beginning your journey and becoming a part of the Le Cordon Bleu global family.

Adelaide Graduation Ceremony & Gala Dinner

Le Cordon Bleu students who have successfully completed their studies in Adelaide between August 2010 and August 2011 are invited to attend the Le Cordon Bleu Graduation Ceremony and Gala Dinner 2011. This ceremony gives students a chance to reflect on their journey at Le Cordon Bleu, and recognises their progression from Bachelor and Masters Students to Graduates.

Invitations have already gone out to the eligible graduates, and we look forward to celebrating on the night.
