Korean Sip & Spirit

Step into the world of Korean culinary heritage with Korean Sip & Spirit — a unique cultural and tasting experience co-hosted by the Korean Cultural Centre and Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.Enjoy a guided tasting of three traditional Korean beverages, paired with bite-sized portions of three authentic Korean dishes. Featuring a live cooking demonstration of Bindae-tteok(mung bean pancake) by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Alumni Chef Sunna Na and an introduction to traditional beverages by SommWise Inc.

Chef Christophe Heads to the World Pastry Cup!

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is proud to share that our very own Chef Christophe Sportellini, Pastry Chef Instructor and expert in chocolate, has been selected to represent Canada at the World Pastry Cup!  Together with sugar expert Chef Nicolas Belorgey, the duo will carry the flag for Team Canada on the world stage.
