As part of our 130th anniversary celebrations, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is pleased to present special event series running throughout the year, beginning with Sabor do Brasil — a celebration of the unique flavors of Brazil, in association with the Embassy of Brazil in Ottawa!

Join us on Friday, March 28th, for an exclusive culinary journey celebrating the vibrant flavors of Brazil. This canapé-style event will showcase a menu inspired by Brazil’s diverse regions, expertly crafted by Chef Eduardo Jacobsohn, Cuisine Chef Instructor from Le Cordon Bleu Rio. To complete the experience, indulge in exquisite desserts by our very own Chef Beatrice Dupasquier, renowned for creating the Best Dessert of Rio de Janeiro.

A Taste of Chinese Cuisine provided guests with an exclusive opportunity to experience the authentic flavors of China, prepared by esteemed chefs from the Chinese Embassy.

The event, held on Saturday, February 22nd at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, aimed to foster cultural exchange and deepen understanding of Chinese cuisine.
