This autumn, we will be attending many events in the UK and Europe. Fairs and shows are always a great opportunity to meet our team, discuss with our chefs or ask questions to our alumni or students. If you are unable to attend one of the events, you also have the option to book a private one to one tour. |

Our Chefs at the top of their game
As well as being two key members of our pâtisserie teaching team, Chefs Nick Patterson and Nicolas Houchet are taking part in the final phases of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the UK respectively the Master of Culinary Arts 2017 and the UK Pastry Open (selection process of the 2019 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie).
