We’re delighted to announce our newest programme – the Diplôme de Boulangerie! Starting in 2017, you’ll learn all the fundamentals of boulangerie, from simple bread doughs to viennoiserie and everything in between.
We took part in our first Cake and Bake show this past month at London’s ExCeL centre and taught hundreds of lucky visitors how to make some delicious pâtisserie treats. And we're excited to do it again at the BBC Good Food Show in November.
