Le Cordon Bleu London alumnus, Virgilio Martinez, whose restaurant Central is ranked at #4 in the World’s Best list, will be visiting the school on the 1st December to launch his new book, Central (Phaidon). Tickets are now on sale, and for just £25 you’ll get a copy of the book (RRP £39.95) and Virgilio will be giving an exclusive culinary demonstration.
