Following the finals that took place in London in April, the Academy of Chocolate was proud to announce the winners of the competition in the five different categories, which included two of our alumni: Chikako Watanabe from Melt in Nothing Hill and Isobel Carse from Dormouse Chocolates. |

After a career in some of Paris and London’s top kitchens, such as The Boundary and the two Michelin-starred Senderens, Chef Laurent decided to join our team, and share his passion for gastronomy with our students.
