Two sessions are available.
This unique programme blends culinary creation, design, humanities and management to train a new generation of professionals capable of imagining, designing, and leading tomorrow’s gastronomic projects. It is aimed at those who wish to combine culinary passion with strategic thinking and an innovative mindset.

Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2025

Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival will take place on Saturday 21st June, featuring a variety of activities including cooking demonstrations, culinary workshops, wine tastings and the opportunity to sample gourmet products. Throughout the day, guests will have the opportunity to take part in a fantastic variety of hands on workshops conducted by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs. Choose from classic French techniques in cuisine, pâtisserie and boulangerie or progressive sessions in plant-based cookery, gastronomy and culinary innovation. If you’re a wine lover you can take part in some fantastic wine workshops led by Le Cordon Bleu London’s Wine Development Manager, Matthieu Longuere MS, who will guide you through a selection of fascinating tasting sessions.

To mark its 130th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu Paris is launching a remarkable series of five exclusive masterclasses, led by its distinguished alumni.
