As the first book launch event sold out in less than 24 hours, we are thrilled to announce a second festive gathering to celebrate Natalie MacLean's latest book here in Ottawa.

Natalie, an accredited sommelier who was also named the World's Best Wine Writer, will pick her 3 favorite summer wines from the prestigious cellar at Signatures Restaurant for you to enjoy.

While students are on a much deserved study break, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa will be serving up trays of light canapes to accompany your beverages.

In her newest book, Natalie shares the career and life challenges that forced her to dig deeper and reconnect with her belief in second chances. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look into the glamourous, but surprising world of wine and those who write about it.

Indigo/Chapters just selected it as one of the “Most Anticipated Books of the Season.”

Included in your ticket is a personally signed copy of her book, Wine Witch on Fire: Rising from the Ashes of Divorce, Depression, Defamation, and Drinking Too Much.

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa had the distinct honour of hosting the launch event for Natalie MacLean's highly-anticipated new wine book. MacLean, a celebrated author and esteemed wine sommelier, added a touch of elegance to the event, which quickly sold out to a crowd eager to delve into the world of wine.

First intake is July 3rd, 2023

This Diploma focuses on crafting dishes solely from plants, providing a creative repertoire of product knowledge, skills, and recipes. Within the programme students will explore a wide range of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains and pulses, gaining expert knowledge on ingredient varieties and innovative culinary uses. The programme has been designed to provide specialised culinary education for the growing demand for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based restaurants and products.
