Meet Daeun Kang - a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Australia - who is now the head chef at Japanese-French fine dining restaurant, Oborozuki. Daeun completed her Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management in 2016, and since then, has built a successful career in Sydney.
