In celebration of International Dog Day, Le Cordon Bleu Australia has created a paw-lickin' recipe for gourmet dog treats.
Chef and lecturer Iris Jezierski, who trains hundreds of students per year at Le Cordon Bleu's Sydney campus, says these preservative-free biscuits are perfect for fur babies who enjoy the finer things in life.
“The greatest thing about making your own dog treats is that you know exactly what goes into them,” she says. “With homemade snacks there are no added sugars, colours or preservatives, plus ingredients can be varied to the tastebuds of your dog and your budget.”
