Le Cordon Bleu International’s US study abroad team is excited to welcome you to our upcoming online open house with Le Cordon Bleu London featuring a cuisine demonstration of a simple & delicious Rillette de Crabe, Mousse de Petit Pois et Pastèque, Miettes de Pain de Seigle. The techniques that you will see the chef demonstrate are taught in the Diplôme de Cuisine course. Join us after the demonstration for a live Q&A where we will answer questions on how to apply and other questions for future students. You will receive a list of the required equipment and ingredients in advance of the demonstration so you can even cook along at home.
