Our spring term kicked off with a sugarwork demo courtesy of Chef Nicolas Jordan MOF from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. The demo was followed by our Meet & Greet where new and returning students along with our Chefs have the opportunity to meet. A great time was had by all!
