Greetings Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Alumni!

We are extremely excited about the launch of our Diploma in Culinary Management program and want you to be the first to know about it!

This program is designed as a continuation of your Diplôme program, with a focus on all aspects of Culinary Management, from developing your management skills, to preparing business plans and learning advanced cooking techniques to keep you at the top of your game.

  • Intake Dates: January 3, 2020 and July 3, 2020
  • Duration: 3 months – 200 hours
  • Typical Week: Approximately 20 hours
  • Tuition: $11,120 CAD (Domestic) $11,550 CAD (International)
  • Teaching Method: Culinary, interactive, learning, food business mentoring, field trips
  • Pre-requisite:Grand Diplôme, Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie

Mastering Food Management

  • Master advanced cooking techniques, recipe and menu planning, and learn about current food trends
  • Develop the management skills required to run a successful operation including kitchen management
  • Acquire skills required to build a robust business model, including restaurant marketing and concept development
