This year, International Chef's Day falls on the 20th of October. This commemorative day was initiated by the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) and has been marked as a special occasion by culinary professionals to create awareness of chefs who have set remarkable industry standards for the art of cooking.

To celebrate this auspicious moment, the Le Cordon Bleu chefs have created a gastronomic delight using a combination of traditional and modern techniques.
