              Nominated for World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2017 Pastry Chef of the Year (Regional)

              Sunway Le Cordon Bleu Chef Pastry Florian Guillemenot

              Chef Florian Guillemenot our pastry chef instructor has been nominated as one of the top semi-finalist contender for the Pastry Chef of the Year ( Regional) award in the Award of Excellence 2017.

              He joined the Malaysian Institute since September 2015 and has been teaching all programmes in Diploma in Pastry Arts. Hailed from Seine-et-Marne, France Chef Guillemenot gained numerous experience in 5 star hotels in France, Norway and Finland. He subsequently obtained his Master Diploma of Pastry (BM Patisserie) at the National Institute of Bakeryand Pastry (INBP) where he was their trainer in France, South Korea, Luxembourg and Russia. After 4 years he left for Japan where he took charge of a pastry chain business. His love for his job is to be able to impart his knowledge to students who love the art of Pastry making.
