September Short Courses at Le Cordon Bleu London
Further start dates for our popular short course programmes have been scheduled for September at our international flagship institute in central London.
We are pleased to provide the following programmes for those of all levels of culinary experience:
Fish and Shellfish Workshop - 1 September 2012
Designed for those wishing to improve their skills and confidence when preparing seafood dishes. This programme combines demonstrations with practical sessions under the supervision of one of our master chefs.

Techniques 1 Workshop - 5 September 2012
Our Techniques 1 Workshop introduces a number of basic skills to teach an understanding of fundamental culinary techniques. This four-part course is taught on weekday evenings through September.

Boulangerie Workshop - 16 September 2012
Our Boulangerie Workshop teaches the same basic techniques used to produce items sold in our own Café Le Cordon Bleu. This programme is ideal for the passionate home baker, and all products made are available to take home at the end of the day.

Taste of Le Cordon Bleu - 22 September 2012
Taste of Le Cordon Bleu teaches an essential foundation of culinary knowledge to increase your confidence in the kitchen. Fundamental techniques are applied to a number of carefully designed dishes for the benefit of the amateur cook and those with greater experience.
