On Monday 30th July, Le Cordon Bleu management attended the Restaurant and Catering Association South Australia Awards for Excellence at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Of the many winners on the evening two Le Cordon Bleu graduates took home major awards.
Mr Wu Shen (Wilson) LIM was awarded the Best Employee from the Restaurant and Catering Association in South Australia. Wilson graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2009 from the Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management).
Another graduate Mr Zeng (Ian) Zheng manages from Orient restaurant which was awarded the Best Chinese Restaurant in South Australia. Ian also completed his Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management) and graduated in 2007.
Mr Ben Mayne from Le Cordon Bleu spoke about Le Cordon Bleu then awarded the Individual Achievement and Hall of Fame awards.
