Alumni students Shree Tatwadi and Sascha Stone gave a brief presentation while guests tasted Mandoon's award winning wines, and then everyone filed into the dining room for a sumptuous three course meal. It was a great networking exercise for all the guests, where they were indulged in a the ‘Le Cordon Bleu experience’ - hospitality in action at one of the Swan Valley’s most beautiful settings.
