Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School hosted an Open-House for potential prospects, other culinary arts lovers, alumni as well as students on 25 August 2017. The highlight of this event included the special demonstrations performed by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Chef Instructors which were "Mieng Khum" performed by Chef Supapit Opatvisan, our Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor, "Salmon Gravelax and Condiments" performed by Chef Maxim Baïle, our French Cuisine Chef Instructor and "Cookies Au Chocolat" performed by Chef Frederic Legras, our Pastry Chef Instructor.
The event attracted guests attending and allowed them to experience in Le Cordon Bleu learning Methodology. They were given a tasting of the creations and guided tour of the school’s facilities and the state-of-art kitchens.
