What is La Tablée des Chefs?
La Tablée des Chefs is an A.C. which aims to involve Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Cooks and Foodies to combat food insecurity and food waste.
The organization was born in 2002 in Canada and now is present in Mexico and France.

Participation of Le Cordon Bleu Mexico
Students of Le Cordon Bleu Mexico contribute to this great social action preparing and packaging food required by the association, so they pick them up and take it to their food bank and later distribute to those who need it.
