Good news from Singapore as alumna Jane Tan (Diplôme de Patisserie, 2011) won first prize in the inaugural SCS Dairy Star Baker’s Challenge.
Jane is no stranger to a challenge, as she runs her own business from home in Singapore, called Pretty Delicious , whilst raising her 10 month old daughter.
Jane was thrilled with the win, saying:
“I'm glad I did Le Cordon Bleu proud… I'm so thankful for Le Cordon Bleu for the great training that definitely enabled me to win.”
Jane also wanted to thank Chef Andre Sandison from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, who helped inspire her whilst working together during the Asian Pastry Cup.
As part of her prize Jane has won a trip to Australia - so we look forward to congratulating her in person!
