Held on Sunday the 18th May, the event will include the final stage of the Pâtisserie competition with teams of amateur chefs producing their own version of a sweet delicacy, demonstrations by famous Le Cordon Bleu Chefs including Chef Thierry Lerallu and Rinrin Marinka, as well as talks about careers in hospitality.
