Le Cordon Bleu will be present at the 20th Horeca trade fair in Lebanon
Horeca first took place in 1994 and has become the most important yearly Hotel and Restaurant event in the Middle East.
Pastry Chef Jean-François Deguignet, who is also in charge of the Le Cordon Bleu Paris pastry department, will be a jury member for a variety of competitions that will take place during the fair.
One of the competition winners will be awarded a Le Cordon Bleu scholarship to study at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
