Le Cordon Bleu will participate in the 21th Horeca trade fair in Lebanon
Le Cordon Bleu will be present at the 2014 Horeca trade fair that will take place from 1 to 4 April in Lebanon.

Horeca first took place in 1994 and has become the most important yearly Hotel and Restaurant event in the Middle East.

Chef Jean-Jacques Tranchant, Le Cordon Bleu Paris Pastry Chef Instructor, will be a jury member for a variety of competitions that will take place during the fair.

One of the competition winners will be awarded a Le Cordon Bleu scholarship to study at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Last year, Le Cordon Bleu scholarship was awarded to Chef Hassan Chkoudra, from Momo Restaurant.

Le Cordon Bleu has been teaching hotel and restaurant management in partnership with the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) since 2004.
