New Video on the Hautes Etudes du Goût - an unprecedented gastronomic experience
Last October a “Note by Note” dinner was held at the Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris as part of the Haute Etudes du Goût.
Le Cordon Bleu International is offering a scholarship for the 2013 Hautes Etudes du Goût program, which will grant the elected candidate the opportunity to participate in one of the most fascinating programs in the world of gastronomy.
About the Hautes Etudes du Goût Program
The gastronomic world and the art of fine dining are facing major changes today. Consumers are more open minded, curious and demanding in terms of quality, service, and information. At the same time, culinary professionals are confronted with rapidly evolving careers and must choose between advancement in their particular area of specialization or changing direction completely.
