Chef Daniel Hardy from Le Cordon Bleu London will lead a culinary demonstration showcasing the knowledge we share with 20,000 students annually around the world. It will be a creative demonstration with a sea inspired fish dish.
For our first trip of the year in Europe, we are delighted to offer 4 scholarships:
- 3 basic cuisine certificates to study at our London school
- 1/3 scholarship on the course fees to study Wine and Management at Paris school
At the end of each demonstration, each attendee will be given a quiz sheet to fill that includes 20 theory question on Cuisine, Pâtisserie, Management or Wine and 2 motivational questions. The scholarship will then be awarded to the most successful participants.
