Basic Cuisine Certificate
Le Cordon Bleu London offers you to the chance to complete the Basic Cuisine Certificate in only 6 weeks, instead of the usual 3 months. The Basic Cuisine certificate is one of the 3 certificates that form the Diplôme de Cuisine. The certificate provides an introduction to the traditional French culinary techniques. More information
London’s leading culinary institute will also offer a Fast-Track Intermediate Cuisine Certificate. This certificate is the second level of the Diplôme de Cuisine, and provides an introduction to classic French regional dishes and European cuisine techniques, through which students apply the techniques introduced during the basic level certificate. Your typical weekly schedule:
Lessons are scheduled Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9.30pm, with a typical day comprising three sessions which could be demonstrations, practical classes or theory lectures.
