Fete de la Gastronomie - Café Le Cordon Bleu
Fête de la Gastronomie

Are you looking for an excuse to visit the home of the culinary arts? One of the main reasons people board the Eurostar or the Ferry and head for France in September is to celebrate gastronomy! So here’s how you can join them…

Since 2011, France has celebrated its gastronomy with passion and style, and this year is to be no exception!

Between the 25th and 27th September 2015, the theme of creativity and audacity will be used to mark the last weekend in summer and the 5th annual Fête de la Gastronomie.

A country wide festive celebration of French cuisine will see citizens and travelers head to the streets to explore dishes, recipes and together enjoy the wonders of French gastronomy.

To mark the occasion, chefs and restaurants throughout France come together and create menus for the public to taste and initiate an exchange of ideas, recipes and discover new ways to approach cooking.

Learn and embrace the art of accompanying wines to your dishes, discover new skills and techniques all in the name of gastronomy.
