Chocolate is honored at Le Cordon Bleu
Chocolat, which brings out passion in chefs and a sweet tooth in amateurs, will be honored in October at Le Cordon Bleu.
Le Cordon Bleu will participate in a professional Chocolate Fair from October 19 - 21 2011 at the Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles. The pâtisserie program at Le Cordon Bleu aims to promote this tasty essential ingredient, a key item in both delicate desserts and cakes and stunning chocolate sculptures.
