Chef Lesourd will take part in the Trophée Mille 2015

Chef Frédéric Lesourd will represent Le Cordon Bleu as a member of the cuisine jury at the 6th Trophée Mille which takes place on the 20th April 2015 in Reims.

In this regional final, under the patronage of Chef Philippe Mille, who was awarded MOF (One of the Best Craftsmen in France) in 2011 and 2 stars in the Michelin guide, teams of three from 11 culinary schools and apprentice training centers in the Reims area will compete against each other. Each team is made up of a student from cuisine, pastry and the service section whose role is to serve the dishes prepared by the kitchen team.

The prestigious jury of cuisine Chefs includes:

  • Jean-François Girardin, MOF Cuisine 1993 and 1st Vice-President of the MOF society,
  • Chef Christian Garcia, Chef at SAS Le Prince Albert II,
  • Chef Frédéric Lesourd, Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris,
  • Eric Robert, MOF Cuisine 2000 - Ferrandi,
  • Alain Le Cossec , MOF Cuisine 1991 - Institut Paul Bocuse.
