Aromas of a French boulangerie linger in the air at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa... from baguettes to bagels and starters to sourdough - the program covers everything you need to know to become a highly skilled baker - no experience needed!

Learning in a very hands-on environment, our students have the opportunity to learn about ingredient interaction, classic techniques – and even create their own recipes! Take a look at the photos from their first week!
