              Festive glazing technique

              Today our Pâtisserie Master Chef Olivier Mourelon is demonstrating his top festive glazing technique so that you can add some little decorative finishing touches to your Christmas desserts, and a touch of magic to the big day!

              In this video Master Chef Olivier turns an ordinary frozen mousse into a gorgeous vibrant green Christmas tree, complete with a chocolate trunk and chocolate soil. Not forgetting the edible baubles, a delectable star tree-topper, and a sprinkle of icing sugar for that authentic snowy festive finish!
