Course Details: Join us for a Vegan Masterclass with our very own Chef De Cuisine Vincent Boudet. Chef Vincent will take you through a demonstration of three different dishes; combining a fusion of flavours which are bound to surprise and delight your taste buds! This course aims to make vegan cooking accessible to all in a fun and exciting way and will cover how to make three delicious courses.

The courses you will learn to make include a vegan bagel starter, an aubergine risotto and a thousand night verrine. You will also learn how to make a vegan ricotta cheese!
