Taste of Italy teaches you a number of cuisine skills whilst making some truly classic Italian dishes. Techniques such as risotto making, pasta rolling and cheese making will be included in the three courses you will learn to prepare. Chef Gabriel will teach you the fundamental techniques to cannelloni, saltimbocca and finish with a classic Italian dessert.
Refreshments will be provided.
