Mastering the art of Macarons

Learn how to create one of the most famous French exports to the confectionary world. Our chef will lead you step by step as you create multiple types of macarons.

Chocolate Hazelnut macaron

Passion fruit macaron

Course Details: During the workshop, you will learn the following skills:
Make French Merigue and Italian meringue
Make individual and large macaron
Piping techniques
Cooking soft ball sugar
French pâtisserie technique: Macaronage

Course Includes:
All ingredients and equipment supplied, a light lunch is included. Everything you make is yours to take home.
