Join us for an Ice Cream Master Class where Chef de Patisserie, Thomas will take you through the science of ice cream making. Understanding these fundamental techniques could mean the difference between a coarse-and-crispy frozen disaster and the smooth, creamy stuff they serve at gourmet restaurants.
The course will cover various flavours of ice cream, toppings and a special ice cream dessert.

NOTE: In order to execute these recipes you will require an ice cream maker. They can be purchased from appliance stores such as Noel Leeming, Briscoes and Moore Wilsons. The cost of an ice cream machine varies between $100 - $500 depending on the size and quality.
