This 10 course extravaganza expertly prepared by our Advanced Culinary Arts students is not to be missed. These students have already completed their Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie, and are now exploring more complex forms of gastronomy that is sure to amaze and amuse your taste buds!

Unfortunately Brasserie Le Cordon is now unable to make any menu alterations, or cater to any specific dietary requirements (including religious diets) or food allergies. We are a training restaurant and our students must be able to produce dishes using a wide range of ingredients, and for this reason our menus are set. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are a fully licensed restaurant so we do not offer BYO

Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu has a maximum table size of 12 to ensure quality of service and manageability for all our training students.

All dining experiences at Le Cordon Bleu must be pre booked and we cannot accept any customers without a reservation. Please allow time to sit, relax and enjoy this unique dining experience. We give a guide of one hour for our high tea and three course services, one and a half hours for our five course option, two and half hours for our seven course and three hours for our ten course degustation menus.
