              Module of 4 practical days where you will attend a market and select the supplies you will use to prepare different dishes and on the 5th day will be a demo class of Mexican cuisine, corn and tamales, where you can come with 2 companions at no extra cost.




              Vacuum Introduction

              Monday 24th to friday 28th of april, 2017
              Module of 4 practical days where you will begin your learning of the vacuum technique in the Le Cordon Bleu style and the 5th day will be a demo class of trop choux, where you can come with 2 companions at no extra cost.




              Mexican Corn and Tamales
