Workshop of 1 practical day where you will make the typical Mexican bread "Pan de Muerto" in the Le Cordon Bleu Mexico style.




Foie Gras

Wednesday 22nd to friday 24th of November, 2017
Module of 3 practical days where you will prepare different types of foie gras in the Le Cordon Bleu Mexico style.




La Cuisine Du Marché

Monday 27th to friday 1st of November, 2017
Module of 4 practical days where you will go to the market to buy all the necessary ingredients and supplies to prepare different recipes during the following days and the 5th day will be a demo class, where you can come with 2 companions at no extra cost.




Christmas Week

Monday 4th to friday 8th of December, 2017
Module of 4 practical days where you will learn prepare different dishes for your Christmas dinner in the Le Cordon Bleu Mexico style.
