Pâtés and Terrines are a staple of French cuisine and a delicious accompaniment to a party platter, picnic or as an entrée.

This specialty course will teach you culinary techniques and ingredient combinations to make quality Pâtés and Terrines at home.

Guided by our expert Chef, you will create classic items such as:
  • Duck Pâté with Pistachio
  • Traditional Farmhouse Pâté in Pastry Crust
  • Mediterranean Vegetable Terrine
  • Chicken Liver Pâté
