Gâteaux and Entremets

Our Gâteaux and Entremets short course offers the secret to creating cakes that not only look divine but taste delicious!

This hands-on workshop will teach you techniques for making multi-layered entremets, and how to combine flavours and textures to make your own patisserie creations at home.

Over two days you'll create a selection of beautiful cakes to take home and share with family and friends, such as:
  • White Chocolate & Passionfruit Entremet
  • Bûche de Noël (two ways)
  • Coffee and Pear Entremet
