Join us for Discover Chocolate to learn how to create decorative and delicious chocolate treats for any occasion in our delightful Christmas themed workshop.

Our master Patissier will share the most essential patisserie skills and techniques and tricks of the trade.

Learn how to temper chocolate (two ways) and apply decorative finishes to:

  • Truffles
  • Mendiants
  • Gianduja

This special festive workshop will cover Christmas figurines and a Roche almond tree.
