With vegetarian cuisine increasingly popular in mainstream dining, our Creative Vegetarian Cuisine course offers delicious and sophisticated meat-free recipes everyone will enjoy.

Our professional Chef will teach you how to enhance the flavours of any meat-free dish, guiding you in fundamental culinary skills and techniques to make a spectacular meal for any occasion.

This 1-day vegetarian cookery course may include classic recipes such as:

  • Spicy Eggplant Caponata
  • Smoked Tomato and Sweet Basil Sorbet
  • Lace Tuiles
  • Artichoke and Broad Bean Barigoule
