A Taste of Spain

Welcome to the wonderful world of Tapas! A Taste of Spain will teach you how to create these delectable small savoury items to be enjoyed as a snack with drinks, or as a complete meal at home.

Our master Spanish Chef will take you on a journey through evolution of the ever-popular Tapas from classic to modern flavour combinations.

Create a variety of delicious hot and cold tapas you can easily make at home, such as:
  • Gilda (classic version of 'Pintxo' food on a stick)
  • Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp with garlic)
  • Salmorejo Andaluz (cold tomato soup)
  • Goat cheese and apple lollipop
  • Tuna tartare in a cone
  • Tocino de Cielo (toffee pudding)

  • Classes are subject to minimum numbers
  • Le Cordon Bleu Gourmet Short Courses reserves the right to alter or cancel a class. A refund will be provided upon class cancellation
  • Dietary requirements cannot be accommodated in all classes.
  • A credit card will be required at the time of booking.

Le Cordon Bleu Gourmet Short Courses are non-accredited / non-award courses. Participants receive a Certificate of Participation from Le Cordon Bleu CordonTec.
