Three different certificates make up the Pastry Diploma (basic, intermediate and advanced). Certificate has a duration of 3 months (except for the July intensive course which is offered over about a month), each student acquires all the skills to become an expert pastry chef. By enrolling via certificates instead of the full Diploma, students have the opportunity to choose between undertaking the diploma continuously over 9 months or, on the contrary, as an alternative, study in this way each of the certificates at the enrolment date that they determine.
Upon starting the basic certificate 2 sets of uniform are delivered (trousers, jacket, apron, hat, neckerchief and cloth) as well as a complete case of knives. All of the ingredients, utensils and machinery and which are needed to complete each and every one of the techniques taught, are included in each certificate.
