Ricardo Sanz is one of the great exponents of Japanese cuisine in our country. In 1995, the chef met chef Masao Kikuchi, owner of the Tokyo - Taro restaurant, in which he discovered the secrets of Japanese cuisine.
In 2000 the chef opened Kabuki, the cradle of his business group, which has several restaurants and already has 4 Michelin stars across all its premises.
In his masterclass the chef will focus, mainly, on the different cuts of fish as well as the elaboration of sushi: from the preparation of the rice to the different varieties of this emblematic Japanese elaboration.
