Fundamentals of Bakery and Advanced Bakery are the 2 certificates that make up the Bakery Diploma. Each certificate has a workload of 120 hours. When enrolling for certificates rather than the Diploma, the student has the possibility of training continuously for 6 months or alternatively, may attend each of the 2 certificates at the enrolment date they choose.
For the Fundamentals of Bakery certificate each student is delivered 2 sets of uniform (trousers, jacket, apron, hat, neckerchief and cloth) and a full case of knives specific to bakery. In each certificate, all of the ingredients, utensils and machinery are included that are needed to complete each and every one of the techniques taught in class, always under the supervision of a teacher chef.
