An introductory cooking demonstration that is ideal for home cooks and gourmet enthusiasts and people with a passion for seafood who wish to understand and learn more about fish and shellfish.
In this 2.5 hour cookery course, our Master Chef will showcase the different categories of fish and shellfish, how to source quality fish, how to store it correctly as well as teaching you a variety of cooking techniques.
