#Discover Butchery: the workshop
This evening cooking course is ideal for those looking to acquire knowledge in butchery techniques as well cooking techniques.
During a 2.5 hour workshop, our Chef will talk you through the different pork cuts, teach you simple knife skills and how to butcher a pig.
Content of our butchery cooking course:
- Butchery: Preparing a loin of pork
- Stuffing: Making a basic forcemeat
- Sausages: Making sausages
- Curing: Dry curing a pork belly
Included in the price:
2.5 hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron, and tea towel. Everything you butcher is yours to take home at the end of the workshop.
Maximum of 16 participants working at their own station. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
