GD Goenka University School of Hospitality, established in 2013, delivers a range of culinary and hospitality courses developed with industry in mind at the undergraduate, post-graduate, and diploma levels. The School of Hospitality has an international academic collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu, the most reputed name in the field of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, ensuring the best in international trade and industry exposure.
In association with GD Goenka University School of Hospitality, Le Cordon Bleu India offers two diploma programmes at the Graduate level:
Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
A three-year intensive programme that prepares students for the diverse and fast-paced world of hospitality. Students will learn the fundamentals of kitchen management, wine pairings, and food and beverage service along with marketing and human resource skills.
With practical and interactive training sessions and theoretical lessons, students will be prepared for operational and administrative careers in hotel and restaurant management, banqueting and catering, and the entertainment and leisure industry.
Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT)
A four-year intensive programme which builds on the foundations of the three year Bachelor of Hotel Management programme. With an increased focus on strategic management and managerial accounting, human resource management, and a thorough introduction to marketing, this four-year programme prepares students for more advanced careers within the hospitality industry.
To build on their graduate experiences, students have the opportunity to explore post-graduate programmes at Le Cordon Bleu India. These programmes elaborate on the topics and skills taught at the graduate level while providing further training in sales and marketing, ethical practices, and related software applications alongside practical experience.
Events, activities, and seminars are regularly hosted by the School of Hospitality for Le Cordon Bleu India students, their families, and members of the public. From celebrating international holidays to wine tastings and mocktail workshops, the events and activities incorporate various interests and ages.
